MARKETING COMMUNICATION ASSOCIATE

Job Description:

  • Map out social media strategies and adjust them by testing and reviewing metrics.
  • Develop concepts, campaigns and user engagement ideas.
  • Follow-up of graphic designer briefing & coordination of the validation process.
  • Project management: plan, prepare, implement and follow-up.
  • Watchdog for identity and branding.
  • Drive and manage online advertising through all social media accounts with the goal of driving brand awareness and engaging audience.
  • Responds to posts or comments on social media to bring value to user’s interactions.
  • Post and interacts with local or relevant organizations and interest groups.
  • Increase fan-base and interactions in the company’s online social networks.
  • Draft and manage comprehensive editorial calendar across social media networks.
  • Visit each ZJR products/companies in Ubud every week to collect marketing materials.
  • Video promotion campaigns, create short promotional videos accordingly for each company’s social media accounts.
  • Weekend tasks of social media engagement and direct interaction with followers via direct social media inquiry messages.
  • Support the implementation of the yearly communication activities.
  • Completes other communications projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Very good English writing skills.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Windows & Office suite of -applications.
  • Interest in Social media & applications.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Open minded, full of ideas.
  • Excellence in teamwork, with management & staff.
  • Basic skills in Photoshop is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

STOCK CONTROLLER

Job Description:

  • Carry out the entire phase of stock purchasing, from creating purchase orders, selecting and negotiating with suppliers to tracking shipments and receiving orders.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of both stock items and transactions, i.e. entry the Purchase Orders, movement of stocks from one Department to another, check the stock receives from supplier and record the transactions in GL Systems, noting down any issues encountered and find the resolution.
  • Maintain Inventory Master Data File, update any new items and any changes.
  • Consolidate the Inventory from GL systems with regular reports presented by other departments.
  • Conduct inventory stock counts at the end of the month with departments.
  • Conduct small audits and checking small batches of stock regularly.
  • Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting.
  • Min. 2 years experiences in related fields.
  • Ability and willingness to keep maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with purchasing, accounting principles and procedures.
  • Deadline oriented.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently.

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Description:

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintaining dining room order of service according to the restaurant’s quality and service standards.
  • Safety and cleanliness of front of house staff, customer areas and areas surrounding restaurant, ensuring all cleaning and maintenance schedules are complied with.
  • Ensuring correct operation and balancing of cash registers & daily reporting.
  • Recruit and induct floor staff (ensuring adequate skilled staff levels are maintained at all times).
  • Supervising the roster to ensures all shifts deliver high service standards.
  • Covering extra shifts as required, in the case of staff shortages, to ensure service standards are maintained.
  • Increasing sales at all opportunities through customer service staff practicing up selling and cross selling.
  • Ongoing product knowledge and sales training to maximize sales and increase average spend.
  • Maintaining set labour costs.
  • Creating a harmonious team orientated environment amongst all staff within the restaurant.
  • Assist in the planning for future development of facilities and service improvements.
  • Ensuring that the most suitably qualified person is appointed in the event of your vacancy. This includes a smooth succession of transfer – wherever possible this should be an internal promotion.
  • Ensuring disciplinary action is taken for breaches of company regulations.
  • Maintaining high standards of morale and personal appearance of all staff.
  • The monitoring and achievement of all restaurant KPI’s.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Fluent in English (oral & written).
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.
  • Knowledges about wine products / wine pairing is a plus.
  • Proficient in restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, bar, purchasing, security.
  • Strong leadership, managerial and people skills.
  • Strong financial management skills.
