BBQ & Pasta Under the Bridge

Introducing a new dining concept, Executive Chef Wayan Sukarta and his team of white jackets, have prepared a brand new menu of delicious barbecue and pasta dishes.

Diners may choose from a fresh selection of barbecue fish, prawns, pork ribs, beef tenderloin steak, chicken or vegetables with signature sauces to their liking, combined with tempting sides such as bâtonnet sweet potatoes and grilled sweet corn.  For lighter fare, diners may choose from a selection of delectable pasta dishes or beef and veggie burgers. And diners can top it all off with delicious desserts such as our signature Tamarillo and Lemon Tart or Churros.

Also, now available is a new Six-course Tasting Menu from 5 pm in our main Dining Room. The regular tasting menu serves up a selection of appetizers, delicious seafood, chicken or beef entrees and mains completed with a scrumptious tamarillo and lemon tart with vanilla gelato. The vegetarian tasting menu includes innovative pasta and vegetable-based dishes. Both are available with wine pairing.

Wayan Sukarta

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Wayan was born in Tampaksiring to a family of cooks where recipes were passed from one generation to the next. Therefore, Wayan’s decision to become a cook himself was not a big surprise. After his studies, he went abroad and gained experience by working in Kuwait, the Seychelles, Miami as well as on cruise ships and in well-known restaurants in Bali. Wayan joined bridges’ in 2014 and is well-loved and respected by his team.
